Randal D. Pratt has been practicing law for over twenty years with a major portion of his time spent on civil litigation in both federal and state courts. He is admitted to the bar in the State of New York, as well as the State of Florida. Mr. Pratt is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, The Northern District of New York and the Middle District of Florida; the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Sixth and Eleventh Circuits and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Pratt has had the opportunity to do extensive appeals work before the New York State Appellate Division as well as the New York State Court of Appeals, and on federal level the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Eleventh Circuits. Recently, Mr. Pratt has been devoting his practice primarily to Wills and Estate Planning and Real Estate. A 1977 graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree and a 1980 graduate of Pace University Law School with a Juris Doctor degree, Mr. Pratt lives in Cortlandt Manor, New York with his wife Barbara. Mr. Pratt is active in the operation of the family farm, Wilkens Fruit and Fir Farm and donates volunteer time to the Yorktown Ambulance Corps and the First Presbyterian Church of Yorktown.
